H.E the President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has praised the Chief Coordinator of Operation Wealth Creation Gen. Caleb Akandwanaho for boosting Uganda’s fight against poverty, crediting Operation Wealth Creation for increasing households in the money economy from 30% in 2013 to 70% today.
